In August of this year, the Clarke County Development Corporation celebrated it 55th anniversary. With a focus on community and economic development, the CCDC has been instrumental in much of Osceola and Clarke County’s growth and success.

After an extensive search and interview process for the new Executive Director position at the Clarke County Development Corporation, the CCDC Board is happy to welcome Andrew B. Clark (no “e”) to the position starting September of 2024.

The CCDC board has been in full swing to find a replacement for Bill Trickey, who’d been at the Development Corporation for 18-years. The open Executive Director position job description and application have officially been posted.

At the OCMS / CCDC Annual Dinner Friday night, there was plenty of celebration adding up to a “Galloping Good Time!” 😉
With area businesses, community members and local leadership coming together to celebrate the past year’s achievements and offer awards and recognition to those who made a significant impact to the community, the evening was full of warmth and joy (even with negative temperatures outside).
