Beginning in the Summer of 2023, Osceola’s Mayor, Thomas Kedley started holding a set of frequent meetings to discuss City business and receive community feedback. These meetings were intended to be open and without an agenda so those who wanted to discuss City business with Mayor Kedley could do so with ease and transparency.
In 2024, the Mayor is committing to a regularly scheduled Town Hall meeting each month.
Mayoral Town Hall Discussions will be held at a regular, scheduled time and will be open to the public.
WHEN: The first Tuesday of every month
TIME: From 5:30pm-6:30pm
WHERE: Osceola City Hall – 115 N Fillmore St, Osceola, IA 50213
Osceola City Council meetings will follow at 7:00pm.
