The annual 4th of July Firecracker 5K Fun Run is back! Organizers at Clarke County Hospital are in the heat of getting participant sign-ups and coordinating to make it a spectacular addition to this years’ 4th of July events. Interested participants are encouraged to register early so the event organizers have a good estimate of the number of runners/walkers as well as how many volunteers will be needed for the race.

EVENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

With entries coming in and the event growing daily, the team at CCH are looking to the community for volunteers to help make the race a success. Volunteers will be responsible for assisting participants before and after the race as well as support on the course during the race. Those that volunteer will receive a free volunteer shirt for their participation.

Those interested in volunteering should reach out to Clarke County Hospital Communication and Foundation Manager, Thomas Bahls at the hospital, phone: 641-342-5489 or email: TBahls@clarkehosp.org
