SWCC Business & Community Development and the South-Central Iowa Small Business Development Center will host “How to Build a Sellable Business”

Location: SWCC Creston Campus, Multipurpose Room in the SWCC Business & Community Development Building (co-located with the Southern Prairie Family Fitness Center at 1201 W. Townline Street, Creston, IA)
The workshop is designed for rural Iowa business owners who want to strengthen the value of their business and create more options for the future. The session will be led by Jeremy Vos, Owner of Exit Factor Des Moines, along with team members Mike Moffitt, Aaron Auberg, and Carl “C.C.” Shivvers.
Participants will receive practical guidance on finances, operations, and leadership, and will leave with a 30-60-90 day action plan they can begin using right away.
Registration is $50 per person and includes a boxed lunch from Dee’s Catering. Spots are limited.
