NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ADD FINE SCHEDULE TO CHAPTER 55.05
You are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 7:00 pm at the regularly scheduled Osceola City Council meeting in the City Hall Council Chambers, Osceola, Iowa. The purpose of the meeting is to inform the public of The proposed amendment would add a fine schedule in the amount of fifty dollars ($50) for all first violations, one hundred dollars ($100) for all second violations and one hundred fifty ($150) for all subsequent violations thereafter. To Chapter 55.05 title Livestock. Any member of the public wishing to make comment on the proposed sale may do so at the public hearing.
